They are looking for a Governance Team Leader to add to their successful team.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>The role involves leading the Governance function within the Risk & Compliance team and supporting the members of the function in achieving their objectives. The Governance function delivers the following services to the business:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <div>Compliance oversight</div> </li> <li> <div>Risk management framework and policy</div> </li> <li> <div>Policy management</div> </li> <li> <div>Oversight of the Internal Audit plan</div> </li> <li> <div>Board, Audit Committee and Executive reporting</div> </li> <li> <div>AAF reporting</div> </li> <li> <div>Training and communication, including induction of new recruits</div> </li> <li> <div>Managing relationship with its principal regulator, the FSA</div> </li> <li> <div>Management of the External Audit relationship</div> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The jobholder would lead a team of four, organising and overseeing this team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
