Head of Compliance - Private Bank

A leading Private Bank is looking to hire a senior compliance professional to act as the Head of Compliance for the team.

The role will involve the successful incumbent holding the CF10 as well as having direct responsibility for the development of the risk based monitoring programme, reviewing regulatory papers as well as other tasks including running the compliant handling, sign off on marketing materials and managing a small team.

Candidate

• - Direct experience working in a Private Banking/Wealth Management institution or team.
• - Strong understanding of the FSA handbook
• - Past man management experience is required
• - Holding the CF10 in an earlier role is not a pre-requisite for this position.
